I own a used 2013 Jay Feather Model 242. I bought it 5 years ago and used it lots. It has been perfect with no issues. I had new Carlisle tires placed this year. It has aluminum and composite construction. I camp in it for 6-8 weeks/year. I would buy another Jayco - I am impressed. They are owned by...

Don't buy a vehicle now unless absolutely necessary. The rental car companies are even buying used cars now at the auctions. This is driving prices up.

Conjoined twins walk into a bar in Canada and park themselves on a couple of bar stools. One of them says to the bartender, "Don't mind us; we're joined at the hip. I'm John, he's Jim. Two Molson beers, draft please." The bartender, feeling slightly awkward, tries to make polite conversation while p...

I see a huge potential problem: Buy a used car now and you will pay an inflated price due to the shortage. When things equalize in a year or so, the value of the used car will plummet to normal values. You will be stuck with payments on the inflated value for the length of the loan. Remember, used c...

Run gasoline in a lantern with a serviceable generator - like the Northstar, 237, 639, 290, etc. These generators have two springs that can be easily cleaned and reassembled.

A note for the future. Often times, if the F/A tube is clogged, you can avoid disassembly of the lantern. Try this - remove the generator and empty the gas from the fount. Fill the fount with CLR. Shake it up and let it sit for awhile in the sun. Shake some more, several times. Try pumping the lante...

Mayberry RFD An Observation - Humor

The reason Mayberry was so quiet and peaceful was because nobody was married.

Andy, Aunt Bea, Barney, Floyd, Howard, Goober, Gomer, Sam, Earnest T. Bass, Helen, Thelma Lou, Clara, and of course Opie were single.

The only married person was Otis, and he stayed perpetually drunk.
