It doesn't have to be on/in a GPA stove or oven just something maybe not so ordinary?  (But Bonus Points for GPA cooking...)

SWMBO got me thinking about this as she is making Short Ribs in the slow cooker.  Smells like heaven!  She's never made them before, and neither of us have had them since we were kids...

Last night.... as it's already your tomorrow here...
Leg of lamb with slices of garlic inserted and coated with Moroccan seasoning, wrapped tightly in foil and slow roasted for 6 hours.
It was good 🙂

Swai dipped in egg and a dry batter fried in a little oil in a 12” cast iron skillet with potatoes and a bottle of sweet White wine. The nice evening continues.

Not a FB guy either.   but I dragged My 9D stove to try the replacement  Generator and pump I got from Warren out for fun and boiled a couple quarts  of water for kicks then a box of Kraft maccaroni/cheese found its way to the pan.  Far from an elegant meal on the ol girl but fun all the same. Went on the plate with some Weenie's  and beans warmed on the second burner and was a happy guy. Probably the first meal cooked on it in a very long time. Works very nicely at 90+ years old.
No Pics, too dark by then
