Another year is in the books.  Lots of VW's and a chance to use 3X 3 burner Coleman stoves.  5A, 446B, and a 433.  All worked almost flawlessly.  The 5A developed a fuel leak through the fuel cap, so I had to swap over to the profane adapter.

Very cool pics, got any more?  Especially of what looks to be a custom topper with the slide out/attached window and teardrop style back?

Lola's Cabana?  A friend of mine builds teardrop trailers by himself.  My other friend, the one with the singlecab, wanted something to camp in, so they dreamed this up.  both sides slide out, the rear hatch opens.  All wood, and a fibreglass/gelcoat finish with LED lighting.  It's quite the unique item.

That green Westy makes me want to cry. Oh why oh why not fix that rust?

One of my favorite cars ever was my 1965 VW Westfalia camper van. I sold it back in 1991 to a guy that was moving to California.

In 2014 I got a letter from the City of Los Angeles telling me my van was in their impound lot!

My second fave was my parents 1971 VW Sportsmobile with the Penthouse top. The Sportsmobile honestly was a better conversion than the Westfalia.

Thanks for the pics, brings back LOTS of memories...
Love my old school Coleman liquid fuel gear. Looking for tips and tricks to make the most of it.

So cool it's frosty!
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.
