200A and 202 reproduction
frames back
in stock.
monkeyboy
didn't think to snap a photo of the stove in action but you know what a 500A looks like.

anyway
wanted to cook something just for the heck of it, so i cleaned out the fridge.
old storage carrots
two tiny white new garden potatoes
two samll garden tomatoes
a slice of onion
cornmeal dumplings with liquid amino and Louisiana Hot Sauce (for the salt)
pepper to taste

if you use enough hot sauce you forget what meat tastes like
liquid amino supplies the protein

lousy photos
i'll try to do better next time.

i need to settle down and make some windscreens for it but the weather is spectacular and i don't want to spend much time in the shop.

i had a K.C. strip steak for supper so i'm back sliding.
i wanted to cook the steak on the 500A but the wind was just too much this evening for cooking outdoors,

Thanks for posting that, my daughter is vegetarian now, so I am always on the lookout for things to cook.

Glassman,
recipe for Ribble soup or ribbles:
use veggie stock for liquid
Bragg's Liquid Aminos is a great substitue for soy sauce or salt flavor
garlic clove
black pepper
chives or chopped green onions or shallots
maybe a few sliced cherry tomatoes.

don't over cook the ribbles, 3 minutes should be fine

OK, I had to look up ribbles! LOL No one in my family ever called them that, but there are a lot of recipes out there with the name. Pretty much dumplings or noodles.

It looks good to me, I may have to make it. I have been wanting to try the Braggs liquid amino.
