So we left on Saturday headed to the convention via a Canadian detour.

Stopped on Sunday in Madison and had a great visit and diner with Pat.   Got to see the family at the shop on Monday.

So far on the trip I've found a few good items. (Pics will have to be later, all packed in the car.)  Got a painted CQ, unfired 200A (2 72) 443 3 burner, 639 CPR, early 247 less vent, 2 sea foam 242Bs, sea foam 237, 220 parts safe (stuck on a 220F LOL).  Also grabbed some oil cans and signs for Bill and Moorcroft pottery for Lita.

Got some more stops lined up.  Going to stop and see Dylan and Cec on Friday.

See you all soon!

Bought 24 lamps today.  23 from one place and the Everbright at another.  Had to stack them like cord wood.

Had dinner with Jeff G in Winnipeg last night.

Also got a couple lanterns today and passed a poor old electrocuted lamp. 🙁

Stopped by and had a good visit with Warren C in Brandon.

Good thing there’s no vacuum cleaner this trip. Pillage, yeah, that’s the word...

Had a great dinner with Cec, Chris, and Dylan.  Dylan had to leave before we grabbed a picture.

Only found one lamp today, but did get 2 heaters.

Warren,
You leave behind scorched earth and an an electric. Way to play ball! Wish I could help ya out with some of those in Bozeman. I will be up there a month too late for my 50th.

If you come across any spare 18/19 radiants, I’d happily pay up for them.  The radiants from Leonard Johnson’s at the auction were glued together and I’m afraid to use them.

If you come through Saskatoon, you will leave with a whole bunch more lamps!  I need to shed a cord or two!

Also, my beer is always cold.

Hey Warren - if you run across any of these 190g LP pierceable canisters, I could use a few for an oddball stove I picked up recently. They aren't available in the States. I'm going to hit up Darrel too if it's not too late.

I am not even going to talk about today but the car is about to bust now.

John I think I found two for you today.

Ok Lita did have to ride with a heater and 2 lanterns at her feet the last 15 minutes to the hotel.   I hope to adjust tomorrow as I have 3 lanterns to pick up on Monday.

Missed a #18 heater and 242k by a week.  Did get to see them.  I believe they are being mailed to a member here.

Lita is a trooper.   The other pictures is looking to the back of the car after taking out the luggage and 2 laptop bags.

Warren. One of these days you'll realize that you need to just break down and rent a u-haul truck for your pillaging adventures. I love the parchment shades in the second picture. I've been looking for one for quite some time with no luck.

We'll it got even worse today.    Picked up a Pink single LP stove, 2 really great lamps, 1 505B stove, 5 lanterns (237, 335, 247 very early, 236, 427 Canadian with external pump), a bunch of oil cans for Bill and the real problem, a 100LB Whiz grease can for Bill.  It is as big as Lita. (Picture a 30 gallon can)  Luckily at that store IronMan walks in and has room for a couple of lanterns and lamps and the 2 parchment shades in his vehicle and trailer, so I was able to get the can in the back of the car.

Got a couple places to stop on our way out of Canada Tuesday, then see everyone Wednesday.

Warren, you're my friend, and I'm here to help.  I'll be leaving early tomorrow for Bozeman and I'm towing my camping trailer.  Should have ample room on the way back.  I'll just take a bunch of that stuff off your hands and bring it back to Portland.  Then, you can come and pick it up...ya know, later.  Like, maybe someday...when you happen to be in Portland and I happen to be home.  Yeah, that's it...

Luckily only one more day on the road, but I do have a meeting to pick up one on the way. LOL

Added 8 more lanterns and 2 lamps today.

Michael, where I'm going to need your help is unloading and taking stuff into the convention hall.  LOL

Not sure if I got enough sale table space or not. 🙂

See everyone tomorrow!
