I came across a Thermos lantern branded for Tru-Value. It's been a while since I had a Thermos but this one seems smaller than what I remember.  Did Thermos make two sizes? I would say the fount is just under 6 inches at the widest part.
Thanks

Is it a single mantle?  They are smaller. There is a double mantle too.

I'll have to check on the mantle count.  Is there a coleman globe that fits the single mantle version?

I believe not. That is the Thermos 701 globe. Turd globe is too large and the 5107 globe too small.

If I recall the 5107 globe fits, but is shorter...might have to go downstairs and look.

The singles are cute, I really like em. Bonus points if they have the older Coleman style pump.

Greg is right, the 5107 doesn't work.

Via Kyle and Darren's recommendation, I was able to use the R5177B043 globe on a smaller sized Thermos lantern.  You have to tilt the globe some as you are putting it on to clear the pegs on the burner frame that the vent hooks onto, but it it a workable solution, other than the 701. 5177 globe.jpg

Without the globe I'll probably pass on it then.
