I purchased this and immediately dreamed of getting it redone. Luckily a local collector friend (Zach) who does incredible nickeling and I made a deal to get it done before he semi retired from doing lanterns. I picked up the pieces today and assembled and all I can say is WOW 😲. It’s absolutely spectacular. It will likely not get lit as long as I own it and it’ll be housed inside 😃. Pictures don’t do it justice!!

Absolutely awesome Dan. Is there a chance I can commission him before he is fully retired?

Beautiful Dan! Glad to see none of the fine details were lost from over plating.

The only way that could be any better would be to have a beautiful swim suit model holding it.

Dan, that is spectacular.

Beautifully restored! Ã°Å¸â€˜Â

Exactly what battery operated tool is that in the background?

It appears as though it is some sort of hand held pressure tool?

If so what brand name is that air pressure tool in the background and where did you buy it at?

Thanks in advance.

Ryobi Tire inflator - battery sold separately.
Batteries either sold separately or with either a drill or a combo pack
Mostly at Home Depot

Especially nice for the HC lanterns
