I have been trying to determine what my latest unmarked 242? actually is so I’ve been studying and taking notes and decided to pull out all of my 242s to compare and learn all the differences between them. I didn’t realize I had that many. It made me realize I need to switch from buying mode to fettling mode. The sea foam in the middle is actually a 247. I actually have one more that is in pieces because some goober (don’t ask who) messed up the nickel on the fount so I’m trying to decide what to do with it. Anyway I snapped a couple pics while they were all out. Thanks for looking.  B3402C0B-AF4A-412B-A508-59F81249E677.jpeg  E4FDBEF5-C75F-4DA5-AE5B-D499F04D6AC3.jpeg

Jason - no such thing as too many 242’s.  Always room for more . Looks like a 202 and a 200A Cherry are waiting patiently in the back for their turn to be photographed . Never pass up a 242 !

Take Care , Dave

LOL. I don’t have much shelf space so I got many lanterns just sitting on the ground.  4B5FF19B-92B6-40F2-B34E-61DA437AFB4C.jpeg

I think I only have five of the 242 family, or 7 or 8 with the fancy ones.  Got a neat 243A going last week.

I've probably got at least 30 of the 24x series (including 242k, 242A, 242B, 247, and 249).

I rarely pass them up if I see one for sale at a good price.
