I picked this 73 Mil Spec up earlier this week. It’s leather cup needed a little oil and working and after educating myself on how to light one. It roared to life. I’d read about the roar these give off but man it was awesome to hear it in person.    A5167CFE-ED7C-475B-AE05-2F74F8632D58.jpeg

Got this 242B a couple months ago and finally got around to lighting it. It’s quiet hiss was a great opposite to the Mil Spec.

If it’s already store in your phone that way crop a bit and will upload as it should be.

love the Milspec and still have yet to find one at reasonable price, there’s one for sale locally but they are asking way too much money 💰

Both of those are great pieces. I love the mil-spec roar. Especially when it's just warming up. It reminds me of a jet engine spooling up.
