Mine came Monday, less than $4.00 including shipping.👍
Fried bologna was the first thing a kid learned to cook. I like mine well done, want to make sure that thing is dead.
With egg and cheese came alone later as you learned the craft.

+1 on the cold cuts.

Cal, I wouldn't disagree with you on that.

I made my assumption by the description of what they were doing with the meat in recipes. Mostly tasty, some not so much.

I'm looking forward to reading through the Dutch Oven recipes tonight.

Got mine today.  It was about $7 on Amazon, delivered.  Essentially NOS.  It's an odd book.  When I flipped it open, literally the first recipe I saw was was for solar tea, for which the recipe says you need a glass jar, tea bags and cold water.  No burner required.  Mine is the 1975 edition.  Fun to read the reviews of stoves (with prices) in the back.  My wife and I stocked up on canned goods in prep for the pandemic.  This is the perfect cookbook for what is in our larder.

Paid a little more, but getting one in like new condition
Website says it is from an independent bookseller - which I hope means a small bookstore.

I saw recipes for orange fritters and pineapple fritters, and then oranges and a pineapple were mysteriously added to my shopping list.

I'm the proud owner of a copy from ThriftBooks.com. It has a name written on the inside and spine, Mayeau. Love the Egg Foo Canoe recipe. Also lots of macaroni and cheese recipes that should translate well to today's kids. Thanks for the post! ThriftBooks also has "Cooking the One Burner Way." Not only excited to learn about this book, I have bought several out of print books cheap from this site, so thanks for the original post.

My first actual use of the One Burner Gourmet Cookbook.  Since the first crop of dandelions have appeared, it's time for dandelion pancakes, found on page 19.

With butter and homemade maple syrup.  I think it would work better with thicker pancakes. The blossoms made no difference in taste, but a bit in texture. Quite tasty!

Thank you Jason
The only thing I could add is make sure nobody has been spraying anything on the lawn.  It says to wash them, so I ran them under the faucet for a bit and then let them drip off.  Make the pancakes thick enough so the blossoms can sink in  right to the tips. Ya gotta poke the blossoms to make 'em sink in.
