With all the bad stories you hear about eBayer sellers, I wanted to share a nice one. I bought an Optimus 111B about six weeks ago from a seller in Norway. Stove was advertised as Norwegian Army, needing work and in dented case. Pictures showed that was the case. Even though the shipping was $45 the price was fairly good. I just got it today and the NRV assembly was broken off from the pump tube and unable to be removed from the fuel tank.
I contacted the seller hoping to get a partial refund. He apologized and issued me a full refund including shipping. He also hoped that I could use the parts. Just goes to show you, there are some VERY nice people out there !

It still happens, just not nearly as often as it should. I'm glad that the seller made it right with you. He lost money on that deal for sure.
