Since I know some have shipped out of country, thought I'd ask first. Need to send a small part to Oz. I looked at USPS and it looks like $37.50. Anyone know if this is a normal cost or have a cheaper way?

Look at first class package if it's small and light enough.

Up to 4 pounds you can go first class package.  Much cheaper.
You get tracking but there is no insurance for First Class International Parcel. So consider that if rare parts.

At least in the USA, you can use the calculator on the USPS website, I do that for the occasional package I send. Just need the weight, dimensions, destination.
