Trying to find somewhere for more lantern shelves... Thought I'd show my single mantle progression line up. Not complete but I'm proud of them anyhow.

I can store em at my place lol.
My friends don’t call me “Lantern/lampie Levi”
for nothin’,if they did call me that.

Looking for bday lanterns 8/38, 8/41,
10/25, and 8/07

The biggest lie I tell myself is

I’m amazed everyday about how many more brands there are than I thought. Also, I figured that was a propane on top of another lantern, but one can only hope it’s a double decker lantern.

I like your thinking! Kind of like a double burner stove but with mantles!

Nice collection of singles for sure. And I can see the wheels turning about a double decker lantern from here. 😁

Alright everyone. The prototype double decker lantern I’ve just edited up.  CD7AB568-C664-404B-BA17-4435633DCA01.jpeg

I was going to make the bottom lantern the same on that has the 275 top, but is green. Don’t know the model so a 228 slant replaced it.

I visit a couple restaurant bars that have elevated Lionel trains that run around near the ceiling.  Have you considered how much linear shelf space you'd need to display them in a single file rather than in depth?

That would involve moving everything else that's displayed on the walls ðŸ˜ 50x60 shop and the only free wall space it's about 8ft high.. Or hang from the ceiling which is about 12ft

A man can never have a big enough shop. I wish it was twice the size it is now. You could give me the Boeing manufacturing plant, and I could probably fill it.

I'll try to get some tomorrow when I get back to work. Mostly just a grungy old shop. Spend more time working and playing than cleaning ðŸ˜
