I recently got this June  1965 Sears 476.74070 from the original owner. It had sat unused for over 30 years.  It was the toughest one I've had yet to get back to life.  I almost gave up trying to clear out the blocked font vent. I tried every pro tip in this awesome forum and I'm sure they all helped.  The final victory was getting a long narrow high pressure air tip with rubber tip into the pump side with the check valve removed.  Pow!  She is back.  I'll add pics tonight when I light it up.  It is my new favorite lantern.

That's a nice looking Sears, and a great picture too.

Nice save! Paint looks good too! I had one of those air tubes stopped up about a month ago on a 220... I ended up having to bend it over inside the fount where I could drill it out through the valve bung... It was plugged up top to bottom somehow.. nice lantern👍

That's a great lantern and a great photo.  I was running the same model last night.  One of my brightest doubles, for sure.
