Is that a Coleman lantern? The fount is much too big for a 200A. Is it an AGM fount with a 200A burner and vent? Sears? What is it? And, what's that sticking out of the fount? Hmmm . . . you can begin seeing the lantern it at 27:02 minutes.

Good eye. I was fast forwarding and only caught a glimpse of the vent.

Aha! I don't have one of those nor have I ever seen one up close. So, that valve sticks up out of the "fount" like that? I guess it makes sense for the LP canister.
