Not your typical Coleman purchase.  And, being made in China, I'm not sure this totally qualifies for this thread.  But still, they're branded Coleman.  😜

My daughter needed a new pair of hiking shoes.  And I was fortunate to find these in her size, lightly used, at the thrift store.

My latest find. A Strapper I. Even got a chance to flip my lid. Anyone have an extra strap?

My friend purchased this 6/64 220F for me the other day as a gift. She said she paid $12.50 for it. My general rule is if it's Coleman and under $20, just get it. This fit the bill perfectly. I spent the morning cleaning it up and repacked the gennie tonight (I used a paper towel for now, will get brass wool this weekend). I was pleased to see more brass on this one than my 1/73 220F. She's a runner!

My last 242 to complete my Mexican 242b collection. No globe but I’m glad I found some from a member here.

So they made 242s in Mexico way after they stopped production in the us and Canada? Also, why is the handle like that.
My friends don’t call me “Lantern/lampie Levi”
for nothin’,if they did call me that.

Looking for bday lanterns 8/38, 8/41,
10/25, and 8/07

The biggest lie I tell myself is
”I don’t need to write that down, I’ll remember it.”

I have these two here in the states, the other two are still in Mexico and need to find a coyote to cross them here since they don’t have the proper documentation so I have to cross them illegally 🤣

Notice the filler cap on the Chrome/green? Also vent nut is different, burners are cast aluminum, bung hole and threads are the same size as a 249 or 220 lantern too many things to list

got this in yesterdays mail , mix match of burner parts , one arm was cracked so i put on a new arm and just started piecing it together today . one side looks really good already :-) but that back side looks like it was used in a bar brawl :-) had to heat n quench maybe a dozen times before i could get the ringed nut off . so its completely dissembled and just fingered together at this point
