Early this morning I got a notification on my phone from couple sales I follow.

was a 4 lot of vintage lanterns, didn’t knew what was in the lot for at least 2 or three of them but wanted to be sure about the 242 was sitting there, shipping wasn’t that bad for 4 lanterns.

asked seller for pictures from collar or base rest, he replied with what I’ve asked. Took another look to the ad and then was ready to click on the “buy it now” when I did the item wasn’t available anymore so asked the seller again he told “Got a millions of messages about the lanterns so I decided to get them auctioned”   He listed them at $0.99 and best offer. 242 Lanterns flew right away, I wasn’t interested in the others so I asked again how much he accepted, he told me $200 plus shipping”.

I still regret not having pulled the trigger right away.  😔

Ouch!!  I had almost the exact situation happen. I saw this pic and a basic description for threelanterns. The shipping was reasonable and I would have paid his asking price easily for just the NL. Anyway I clicked BIN immediately. I didn’t really want the other 2 but the NL was in great shape.  AA48B7BE-FE52-4529-A917-1E55E353040B.jpeg  3337FE15-2CDB-4004-820F-A2A0BA59DA4D.jpeg

Glad that 242 was bought from a forum member, so we will see his updates here once he get it.

Sometimes you just gotta pull the trigger even without full information.
