What is the oldest or most interesting unfired ever discovered?
My friends don’t call me “Lantern Levi” for nothin’,
if they did call me that.

Looking for bday lanterns 8/38, 8/41,
10/25, and 8/07

The biggest lie I tell myself is
”I don’t need to write that down, I’ll remember it.”

Flammable liquids, open flame, what could go wrong?

I've missed you!  But I'm reloading.

Bill,

Is Quest for Fire a documentary about the development of the HGP?  🙂

My daughter was doing the same for 10th grade due to the pandemic, but on a weekly basis (I don't think it's called PLATO but sounds similar).  She'd get her assignments for the week on Sunday, would do a marathon homework session Sunday night into Monday morning and by 3 or 4 a.m. would be done for the whole week (other than them having to sign in to  a couple on-line class meetings).  This fall - 11th grade, seems a bit more structured with more 'live' on-line requirements, but me sitting here on vacation today and overhearing -  I'm skeptical.

My wife has been remotely teaching since March. She teaches autistic students and surprisingly has had 11 of 12 students actively engaged. One student has done zero work since March.

This year they are starting remotely but I’m expecting it to last until spring. The amount of time she spends with students is greater than when she is in the classroom. Her district is one of the most impoverished in the nation. Saturday morning we visited all of her students to drop off supplies and welcome back to school packets.
You have probably seen our city on the news since last week. It is an interesting world we live in!

Levi, it is time to ask for more work. Get are the learning you can!

thank you
Kevin

I frighten easily!

My current shade is Coleman!!

To me a lamp without a shade is creepy!
