That's neat, kind of like the modern day tents that hang off the back of SUVs. You ordered one?

Well - Slides are here - WONDERFUL!  My go-to DSLR copy camera has been neglected for a few years and the batteries are dead-dead-dead - so used my phone camera.

Sure would like to now more about this set-up!

Some points noted:
  • Seller said "Camp Cressy" - possibly Australia?
  • License Plate says "1917"

I have know idea wear that is but the 2nd pic looks like a small American flag on the fender. I double checked Australia’s flag and I don’t think that would be it. Old photo’s like those are very intriguing. And make me want to find out The Who, what, when and wear. Please post if you lean more🙂

US flag doesn't mean it was in the US--just the owners were from here.

Those are hand-colored slides. The originals were black and white, then each one was hand-painted with translucent paints. Good score! Lots of actual work involved in making each one of those.
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.

I noticed the color was added. And just realized that it is two different campsites. The fist one has trees in the background the second doesn’t. Also the foreground is different.

Ok did a little more googling. I believe the plate is a 1917 New Hampshire I believe it has a N H on the top. And matches their plates from the era. If the seller spelled it wrong their is a Camp Creasy in Pennsylvania next to a lake and a public wilderness area. I don’t really know anyway to say if that’s the case on not. But  may allow for a line of research.
