I found this on CL a couple months ago and finally got it on the bench.this lantern appeared to be screwed or bolted to a piece of wood that said welcome on it.the seller said it hung outside for years and it showed. I was pleased to find it had no holes in it and was intact (less a globe) with the Q99 generator that I was able to salvage.

Looking for 6-56 and 6-58 Birthday lanterns.
There's been an alarming increase in the number of things I know nothing about.

I think the 327 was made between 1920 and 1924

Steve this was yard art for years ,luckily it was just hung on a board by the bail. It still had some fuel in it and when poured out the inside of the fount was spotless .

That's beautiful.  Has just the right patina.  Needs some Fred Kuntz mica for the coup de grâce.
