Just got this stove today, thought it had a vaporizer like my Optimus and Primus 96 stoves, but has a burner like my 00 and 210 stoves.  At least it wasn't too much.  Failed to once again not study the photos.

I don't know enough about Euro style stoves to understand your disappointment.

Still suppose to be a well made stove isn’t Duane?  I know you like the little 96s.  I also know what you mean about studying the photos, my last quicklite buy on the bay turned out to be parts.  I thought it was too cheap.

Jim, disappointed because of the type of  burner, but does give me another make of a 00 size stove.  I just wanted another brand of 96 style stoves.
Here's some flame shots.  Using kero that has some gas from emptying and rinsing the fount on my 344.  Yellowish, gas doing that or stove not run for awhile.  Will have to try the fuel in another similar stove.   Burner does get hot per the red.  This size stove is made to run a little rich, they use a larger jet than you think they should have.

Thanks.  I went to CCS to look at some photos of the Primus you mentioned and now see the difference.   I've not actually seen one with that other type of burner yet.

The Manaslu fount is sized like a Primus 96, but has a burner the size of a 00 or 210.  Here is one of my 210's.  Consequently, the Manaslu fount gets quite a bit of thermal feedback, can hardly touch it to move after 15 minutes.
It must be the Manaslu stove not running with a bluer flame, my Primus 210 is running on fuel from the same cam and runs great.

Running the way it should be this morning.  Great!  Flicker of yellow now and as crud or impurities burn up.
