I think there will be seven campers with you, with family where applicable.  Repo pup and I should show up Thursday afternoon sometime, setting up before dinner time.  Debating on which tent to use and of course which gpa's to bring.  Ed or I are the closest.  Mornings here are still around 40F, used my woodstove Saturday morning.

I will not be bring as much as I have in the past. I have a few single burner stoves (non-Coleman), a small of amount of lanterns that I will bring to sell or trade.   If you are looking for something, shoot me a PM.  I may have it and bring it for you. (ie birthday lantern)  I have a bunch of 220 and 228 lanterns that need a new home,  I will only bring a few unless someone wants me to bring more.

I did not get out lantern hunting over the last year.  I had to change my work scheduled to work the weekends.  I needed to take care of my wife who got the dreaded C word (cancer).  She passed away two months ago from it.

Sorry to hear your wife passed away Ethan.  Will see you.
Will be interesting to see what singles you have, Marty may beat me to them.  He wanted to see my Bomb.
I won't have much either, maybe a CG I just got, one of many from the auction.  🙂

One of the guys from Pinnacles contacted me and he was interested in an 8r or 111 if anyone has one for sale.  He and his girl friend plan on being there.  Nice young couple. I’m an impulse buyer so not looking for anything specific but for the odd shiny or not so shiny thing.  I am bringing my hobo expedition trailer so most of my space is taken up by accouterments for it.  I am bringing about five suitcases, a couple that I need to fettle, a Coleman 2D and a Basford.  Being suitcases, they take up a lot of room but this is the only time I can get most of them out.

I'll bring an 8R and 111 and see if they are acceptable.  Both been repainted as they usually are rusty.

Mine all were.  He had just got an 8R that I changed out the filler gasket and it was good to go.  He also picked up a 425 from Tom.  I don’t remember about lanterns but seems to be a euro stove kind of guy.  I hate to see him drawn to the shiny lights, not enough stove guys now.

I just paid my taxes or I should say the rest of my taxes and may have to sell a pint or two of blood to finance the trip.  But a guy produces too much blood as it is, and I really don’t need that second kidney.

Our condolences Ethan.

Jane and I will be there, either Wednesday or Thursday, one of Jane's friends, work cohort will be with us as well. If other without reservations arrive in the middle of the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) there should be spots open, if planning on Friday... maybe get someone to share or grab a spot on Thursday.

Ethan, if you have a Primus 70 or the like, or similar stoves like that I might be interested if one I don't have, tin in fair to good shape.  Especially little Radius 42's, although I have most of the different 42's.
Will bring a 8R and 111 for Linus? to check out.  I have a tight QL w/holey chimney, double mantleThermos minus globe if someone wants those cheap.  They are at yardsale prices.  Maybe get rid of the "A" fount.?  I have too many lamps after that auction, but the ones I have fettled so far are too neat to get rid of.  Here I never wanted to get more than a few lamps.
I might bring for viewing, my Governor and/or Lamb stoves, little like the 42's.

Hey all,  Here I have been having some breathing problems (related to COPD), not uncommon for me but severe enough I doubt Jane and I will make it to Lake Davis. I was planning a final decision for tomorrow morning but Jane, well, she has her mind set I should not go, so likely we will miss it.

I let Dave (easyriser) know we will not be in our paid spot #31, it is pretty roomy so others may want to get in touch with him.

I hope you all have a great time, be careful.

Well darn.  Its just not in the cards for me.  Was hoping for a last minute opening of my schedule, but work is getting busier and busier.  I do have a Montana trip plannes for the 22nd-28th, so it also influences my decision here guys.  Hope to make the next one. Lets look at a late August or early Sept trip if we can find a place with available reservations.  With C19, I’ve heard camp gear sales are up 60% this year.  Everyone wants to get away without jumping on an airplane.  Probably a good time to sell suitcase stoves and 220’s.

CG was FULL.  Missed you guys (Ed, Randy).
Sold everything I wanted to sell and gave away everything I brought to give away.  Very successful for me.  Dave had a torch so we resoldered the tiny leak on the Thomas Kerosafe I bought off of Marty, tied on some mantles and added fuel, away it went.  Had the Thermos lantern on a post in front of our campsite with a note "Free".  Was gone the next morning.  🙂
