Not GPA related but I found this today at a gun show and wanted to post here as I am really excited to have it. WW II vintage U.S. Navy Mark 1.

The sheath is not issue but appears to have been with the knife a long time. Hope you all enjoy and post a WW II knife or bayonet if you have one.

Very nice find, Doug, looks like that neat old knife has seen some hard duty....makes you wonder what it's been through.

Nice one Doug!   The link is from an old post I made a while back. (I know yours isn't a bayonet, but a military knife with a common heritage, so I thought I'd post it again.)

This model--112?--wasn't issue. Guys over there would buy them. I've cleaned it up since then and used it to butcher a few elk and deer.
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.
