Sure looks like that is made by Poloron, they made the Ted Williams stoves for Sears. 

 Like most old stoves they work. Most of the Poloron stoves use the Thermos style pump and check valve which is prone to leaking, but can be fixed or replaced.

If that was near me and reasonable I would snag it, I love old stoves and it is unique.

Those are fun to play with but I don't rely on my Ted Williams version when I have so many tough and classic Coleman's .
