I got some very interesting old lamps and lanterns from an old farmer and most are off brand and quite rusty I'm afraid.  This lantern in the photos below has me stumped a little because of the cage rest.  I am pretty sure it is a nulite as the bale attachment, the top thumb screw and the red fibre wheel all point to Nulite.  But I cannot find a model that shows that style rest with only 6 holes in it.  It sure looks like an early lantern.  The fount is in pretty good condition and doesnt seem like there are any stress cracks but the cage and vent is pretty rusty.  Likely salvageable but not too sure at this point.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I frighten easily!

My current shade is Coleman!!

To me a lamp without a shade is creepy!

Yes I had just found that same reference on TM website.  Thats it for sure BUT, there is no marking on it that I can find.

Joe, I may offer it for sale once I do a little research.  I have too many projects as it is.  I want to see if I can actually date it properly.
