I made a simple windscreen for my single burner 500 stove. Sides are 10 x 10 and the back is 11 x 10. Material is .040 aluminum, held together with the smallest key rings I could find, 1/2". Nothing fancy but should be effective. I did radius the corners later, suckers were kinda sharp! Click image for larger version - Name: 0314181849-612x816.jpg, Views: 157, Size: 129.09 KB

Looks good Bob. Other windscreens were made for them. I made my own:

Bob, I only measured the length and height for each side and tapered the end where the gen/fuel valve is. I used roof flashing.

Bob--Looks good. I'd add a couple of wire pins that can be pushed into the ground through the rings, because, you know, wind.
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.

I made one a few years ago for my 500 and some other folks chimed in on how they did there's:

For other stoves I carry a spatter screen in my kit.  Very similar to what you have done there.  The silver colored one is a Mrs Cordey's Brand screen and is aluminum.  I carry that one in my pack on occasion.  I punched those holes in it to fit tent stakes in very windy situations.
The one folded up in front is just a different manufacturer and is steel.  I have 3 of these and have never paid more than a quarter at yard sales.  Very handy item.

Yes it does, it was modeled after one that Mike shows a few post above, I just happened to buy a older 425 stove that had a aluminum factory one (like Mikes) stashed in it, so I thought I would produce a couple more.
