Father's day down here and my beautiful children have got me some supplies for the day ahead and a reminder of times gone by.

Daughter went for the traditional "what does dad always need" and some treats.

Son enlisted some adult help to procure a few beverages along with a nice pictorial reminder of some good times and a less so enjoyable moment in life (collar bone surgery)

I've got a nice lazy Sunday arvo ahead

Happy Father's day  (down here)

Wait a minute? Father’s Day is on Sunday? Or does New Zealand have a different Father’s Day than The United States?
My friends don’t call me “Lantern Levi” for nothin’,
if they did call me that.

Looking for bday lanterns 8/38, 8/41,
10/25, and 8/07

Don't panic Levi, we celebrate it on a different date to you, probably because we are in the future lol

Or because summer is obviously a better time for something like Father’s Day?

Thanks for the heads up, Andrew.  Just sent a note to our son in NSW as he’s a father to three boys.  As the for the “in the future” thing, we tried to have our son give us the winning lottery numbers on his Sunday for our drawing on Saturday but it doesn’t work that way!

Happy FD, Andrew.  Those are great gifts.  Love the photo on top right.  Shows one of the chief benefits of being a male.

Socks, cracklins, chocolate and beer.... what more does a man need?  Looks great, happy fathers day.

You all really have this holiday thing figured out! I mean, Christmas and New Years dead in the middle of summer!

Happy Father's day!
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.

Cheers guys, had a great afternoon enjoying the amber beverages with a couple of mates that swung by to check I hadn't lost my marbles during the city lock down.
Between the kids and my mates the day reset my marbles ðŸ˜œ
