Hey good people
Scored these three AGMs at a garage sale this morning.

I think the single burner Speedikook 6206 stove is quite nice, comes with box and some rather tattered directions. There is some newspaper Minneapolis Morning Tribune packing from November 1946 inside the box. Anybody know what the USND means?
Some stuck knobs on the Kampkook lantern and the Speedikook single burner, so they will go on the "to be worked on" shelf for the moment.  The suitcase stove appears to be operational, even has fuel inside it.

Looking for 6-56 and 6-58 Birthday lanterns.
There's been an alarming increase in the number of things I know nothing about.

Wow!  That's a Kamp Kook honey hole.  Quite the scores.

USND - US National Defense?

There were some Coleman 417b's used by the Army Medical Corps in WWII that were stenciled U.S.M.D.

A great haul with great stuff!  Congrats.  Any stress cracks?  BTW, I believe the stenciling on the Speedikook is military and would be U.S Medical Department.

The fonts are steel!  So far all fonts appear to be sound.   R&R the lantern/cooker fuel cap gasket and it appears to be holing pressure for the last half hour.  Rust colored fuel came out of the suitcase stove tank. Will flush it out with clean fuel before putting it on the "to be dealt with" shelf.  It needs fuel rated gaskets that I don't have at the moment.

I have a maroon 6206 with a steel fount. The how or why I have no idea but I'm definitely not complaining. The factory wind screen was a BIG+ over the comparable Coleman 500 of the time. Your haul is what happens when you keep looking. Eventually good things will find you!

Nice finds!

The Kooklite is a blast. If you try boiling water on it, it will likely all evaporate before it boils. IIRC, it took something like 20 minutes to boil a quart on mine, and only about a pint was left.

OTOH, with the door closed, it's a great little heater to place between your feet under a picnic table. Used mine for that several times this spring.

I'm betting it was meant to be used as a heater for hunting blinds. With the doors closed, it lets very little light out. Almost an IR!
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it.

Triple score then!!!!  No cracks in that stuff.  That Speedikook is the best of the lot, IMO.  As a military GPA collector, anything branded like that is solid gold.
