Figured these are the most common - am I missing any?

3 folks have envelopes inbound - assuming they arrive safely and the look/feel meets their expectations I'll drop a post in Classifieds with pricing.

I appreciate that!  They were pretty random and will take custom requests...  Full disclosure, Beavis was a request! 🙂

Are they stickers or aluminum? I really like Pine 1, lamp, and USFS.

They are two-color, outdoor rated, Acrylic plastic which is laser engraved to expose the backing color.

I’m tinkering a bit with marking metal but a marking compound is necessary which results in a loss of detail at these small sizes. It’s also more of a dark gray/blue mark than the black one gets with the silk screened discs.

Look pretty nice. In your first pic, the early Canadian 220/228 had Mantle (singular) for a while. The 200 disc should be singular Mantle, not plural.

I'll be interested to see the finished product!

This one is used for lanterns with F/A tube issues...  "Whoooooooooosh", no "spit"...

We had a thread once where people admitted mistakes in fettling lanterns.  One or two people admitted tearing into a lantern to troubleshoot why it wouldn't run, only to find that it was just out of fuel.

These labels are great!   I love the creativity.

Way to go, these are sweet! I often do lanterns as gifts for people I know, do you do custom direction discs?

Thats where I started, but the logo ends up akwardly placed with respect to the screw.

Have you cinched a screw down on a couple, the acrylics we have at work don't like screws even thru a clearanced hole. They like to crack.

Yes, I’ve noticed this and it varies based on the specific vintage of knob you have.  Some have up to a .015 depression. I am including a .020 shim with all orders to keep the disk flat, although I do have a 220 with the .015 depression and a screw tightened down (no shin) that hasn’t cracked over the last month, this material is thin enough to not care too much.

I have .020 and .060 material as well, but the .020 is not an outdoor rated product, so i didn’t offer it. The thicker stuff would be more prone to cracking, IMO and doesn’t hide behind the knob lip very well.
