Nice, very nice.  Is that shade actually mica?

Flammable liquids, open flame, what could go wrong?

I've missed you!  But I'm reloading.

Fine looking lamp!   I wish I had a Menards nearby, but alas, like White Castle, Krystal and even Big Boy, they don't want to open a franchise way out here on the beach.

Having made the drive for more than 40 years, I can hardly blame them.  If this wasn't home I think I'd turn around and go back inland around Wallace, NC.

That's a really neat lamp. Brian! I didn't know Menard's carried such a shade-I may have to look into one.

I think that looks neat!  A good looking combination and the shade is just right for that certain "roaring '20s" look.  Good job, B Bo.

Thanks all for the kind replies. I don’t camp, but do bbq year round. Winter is my Coleman season because it’s dark earlier. I wanted to make a little table lamp with a shade.  I saw a post from Sandman, showing the mica shades. I put one on my Aladdin as well🙂
