We set up the 413G again tonight to fry up some shrimp for Po-Boy sandwiches.  This time we used the BSR chicken fryer, though a dutch oven would have done just as well.  Sorry, I didn't get a photo of the Po-Boys, but they were really good.

Looks like good eats there; I understand the part about no pictures, because no doubt once the Po-Boys were ready, it was time to eat, and anything else later.
