I had to find it and I did. Gunsmoke Season 13 Episode 18. No where to run. Aired Jan 15 1968. Think he was holding a 200A.

Watching The Rifleman, from April 25, 1961.  Called The Stopover.  In the beginning, a pressure lantern is used.  Looks like a Coleman 200A, with a modified handle.  I never would have spotted this if I didn’t collect.  Adam West was a guest star.

My son is undertaking online schooling again due to us being back in lock down.

He had to watch a short animated film (Joy and Heron) this morning and soon spotted this appearing a couple of times and grabbed a couple of screen shots.
Good attention to detail for an animated film.

That is good intention to detail, and a good eye on your son. Ever since I’ve gotten into Coleman lanterns, I’ve noticed that there is a 220 in karate kid part 1, at the end of the painting fence scene. There is also a lantern in the That 70s Show season 2 episode 6.
My friends don’t call me “Lantern Levi” for nothin’,

From the movie I Know Where I'm Going! (1945). It was set and filmed in Scotland.  Not a Coleman. I don't know much about other lanterns (maybe a Tilley but just guessing).

Episode 4 of Lovecraft Country on HBO.  The lantern looks a little like a 236 but more likely a movie Frankie.  The fount is nickel and set up like a single mantle -- tip cleaner opposite of the valve.  The globe is straight, not bulged and is frosted -- I assume to control the lighting and to hide the bulb.  The vent is red but not a 200A more like a 236 or painted 242C vent.

I watched Friday the 13th part 2 from @1981. The were several scenes with Coleman lantern in them. In one scene it showed a guy actually light a couple 220Es. It was done correctly. Of course that was his last mistake. He left one with his girlfriend and used the other one to go “fix” the generator where he got an 🪓 to the head or something.
