Anyone know what lamp these were used on?
They came in a Sunflame box .
 The Sunflame 104 came with the standard stress cracks but it looks good.

The smaller Sunflame's are believed by some to have been the contract supplied mantles for Milspec lantern's. Had a couple of threads on it here years ago.

My edjamacated guess about lamps would be any Coleman lamp made between 1938 and probably 1946 or 47.

As you see Sunflame lantern's were around just before WWII and maybe for a couple years afterwards then they disappeared.

@Chucker
The mantles are double tie.

Wow old Coleman double tie mantles !!
Maybe intended for use on a old Tilley? Or similar lamp.  I'm pretty sure those predate the modern propane lantern that uses a push on double tie.

Thanks Andrew.

My only experience with older double tie mantles would be for the Tilley's, Vapalux, etc. but not Coleman. Remember, over in Europe "lamp" is synonymous with "lantern" over here. So if those mantles were for export that would explain the use of the word 'lamp'.

Coleman made mantles for export for many types.

I sure could use that Clock package for my collection.  It looks rough, but still interested.  Want to trade something?
