Yeah Ed,  I had to get permission from this particular Mountain Development / HOA with drawings and then permits from the county,  yes. Water and electrical come with the permit.

My wife and i put the Top notch osb sub floor stuff in. We started on Sunday buying the materials. I made a mistake and used steel number 10 screws by 2.5 inches. which is the correct size but i had a brain fart thinking i could use interior screws but you cant use them on pressure treated lumber. I freaked out when i seen the best/correct ones were a 100 bucks so i bought the ones for 40 instead. I was thinking yeah these wont be outside long. Then i started screwing them all down after attaching them.  Got about half done then the light came on. Duh! These will corrode really fast being screwed to the pressure treated floor joists. Copper eats them fast. Damned it!!! I totally forgot that part. Now i have to go get the right one's and take all these freaking back out and replace them. Like about 600 of them at that point. I put them 6 inches apart. So i made this part alot harder than it had to be. But the floor is in! Finished today. Next are the 2×6 walls.

Lookin’ good, Dave. AdvanTech makes some nice stuff. We used the same product when we built our home. That stinks about the fasteners though! What a PITA.

My wife and i got some framing done over the weekend basically 3 2x6x6'x16' sections. These suckers were super heavy. I wasn't sure we would be able to lift them into place without a boom but we did it. I figure it will take us 15 more days to finish the wall framing as this took 3 days to engineer and build and erect these one's. One section per day. These sections have been screwed together using some serious lags, super tight then screwed to the rim joists. That took me considerably more time as apposed to a nail gun. It should be super strong.

@thewoodswatchman your utility vehicle appears to handle the lumber better than my Ram 1500. The sad part is I’m totally serious.
Looks good!
