Looking through some photos and came across this one from a few years back... Thought I'd share
It. This was road kill utilized as dog food, all I had was my lantern and shovel. Lol...

Actually processed the whole thing from start to finish with that shovel.

That's a cool pic, and casually processing it with a shovel is priceless!

I'm a big fan of the E-tool shovel, a true multi tool. I have three of em from different eras,  they live in my vehicles. My WWII folding Etool is modified just a bit with a sawtooth  edge on one side, sharpened on the other side, and a nail puller hole in the middle.   Besides the shovel duties, it has been be a saw, hatchet, mallet, emergency canoe paddle, camp chair, hoe, fire management, TP holder, and a very handy, but innocuous looking weapon.  Sit on it with one cheek only, it becomes a toilet seat.

It is. I removed the garbage factory paint and blued the head and also removed the varnish from the handle in favor of boiled linseed oil.
