Anyone know the size o-ring for the valve stem seat in the  Bernzomatic TX750 Dual Beam?

Thank you!

I don't know for sure, but I bet @Deanofid might have an idea.

Good news. I found a suitable replacement at Ace hardware. Danco #60, 1/4 x 1/8".  It does appear to be slightly larger than the original, but this may be due to the fact that the original was compressed for many years.

Original o-ring on the left, replacement on the right. The new one fit perfectly into the valve seat.

Thank you for the information. The Danco #60 has the same specs as a #006 mentioned above. Also available on Amazon or at your local hardware store.

I noticed the warning on the package that he product will give you cancer if you live in California. Luckily for me I'm in NC!

It is not the actual weather, it is the political climate.

Thanks for the tip on the replacement o-ring.

I picked up 3 of the NOS units on ebay. They have a rubber/cork composite for the seal at the propane bottle.  I'd like to replace these seals. They are a bit brittle and very thin.  Has anyone done this and is there a standard seal that will work?

OCP sells those replacement LP gaskets.  Very handy to have an extra one or two around.

Thanks for that. I'll give those a try. It looks much thicker than the Bernz-o-matic gasket but I'll report back.
