Wow, just wow!  I like how photos this time can be quickly scrolled down thru.  Just wow, so many ready to go lanterns.

This might have made a great "Strange Inheritance" show with Jamie Colby.
What a collection!
I hope the auction goes well for the family.

What I heard is Don is fine, he is just letting things go.

I'm not dead yet!! LOL Gonna be 80 in January so I guess you can say I'm getting close tho! LOL!
Jan and I are getting along okay so far. The collection went up for auction because my macular degeneration has gotten worse so that I can't see good enough to put a tip in a generator anymore. My time is past, but I had a great run while it lasted. It was the fun and good people we met. Never was about money or the biggest pile. I enjoyed helping others out more than anything. I hope my collection finds a good home. I still have a few HW fixtures I want to get going in the next year. Lots of big parts on those I can still see !!😉

Don
I never met you but appreciate you putting your collection for sale while you're still with us. It’ll give me an opportunity to thank you!
You are right about the people you meet in the hobby!
I still remember my first purchases here and having someone send me something prior to paying them. Was kind of surprised how trustworthy Coleman collectors are and am continually impressed by other collectors.
Be safe, continue to be kind and keep your lamps and lanterns burning!
Thank you!
Kevin
I frighten easily!

My current shade is Coleman!!

To me a lamp without a shade is creepy!
