Both of these 427’s were made 2 months apart. Both have the round pump knob (penis pump). Only difference is the one dated 5-7 doesn’t have the air hole on the pump knob, the one dated 5-9 has the air hole. I wasn’t aware that the round pump was made differently. Was the air hole something they just added after an initial non hole pump? Also,does anyone have one dated 5-8? Would be interested to see if that date stamp had the hole or not. On a side note, I almost titled this thread “Does your penis pump have a hole in it” LOL

From my understanding there were 3 different dome top pump types in 25 alone... I'll see if I can find a link to the post I seen it on.

So it’s looking like 7-25 are all pumps without holes, 9-25 is all holes. Hopefully someone with a 8-25 will chime in and we can nail down on what the hole made it’s appearance.
