Are the master burner and auxiliary burner  the same on a 413h and 426d? I found alot of mixed info

Depends on the date of manufacture. Early 413s had the same size burners on both, while 426s had smaller auxiliary burners.

The parts # for the master burner match,  but the aux. Is one off. I'm hoping it can be used? I can't find anything else on it

425A3451 Part number for the master burner for the 426 from OCP. 
413D3461 Part number for the AUX burner for the 426 from OCP. 
I have a 426D dated 6/69 and the the master burner is a larger diameter than the aux burners. Hope this helps.
