I'm deciding on what stove to keep.
I think I'll keep one 413F and one 425#, not sure of what 425 yet.
This 413F has a leak on fuel cap.
The old o-ring is shrunk and cracked.
I swapped the fuel cap from 425 to see if it works.
It works but there's yellow flame at the tip of generator.
Looks like the nut at the tip is loose.

I tightened it little bit but am afraid I'd twist the whole assembly if I try harder.
After that, the leak appears to be fixed but not sure if that's all I have to do.
Let me know if I have to check for anything else.

As for the fuel cap, it's 3 piece red cap.
I tried to unscrew but couldn't, even with pliers holding the brass piece so I torched the whole cap as is.
After it became hot, I could unscrew it easily but all the red paint from the cap is gone now. 🙁
I'm getting an o-ring for the fuel cap.
I see some oil around the seam of the tank so not sure if it's leaking or not.
It's probably oil from fuel pump???
If it were gas, it'd evaporate, not stick there right? 

It it works properly, I'll keep it.
BTW, does anyone know how much gas it holds and how long can I cook on a tank? 3.5 pint (56 oz),  2 hours?

Sounds like you got it all under control.  Some add copper anti-sieze to the threads on the genny before screwing the tip on snug.  Don't over tighten the fuel cap with the oring, it will distort the oring.  The proper way to take the cap apart would have been to tighten it on the tank really good, then unscrew the screw to allow access to just the washer carrier.  Hard to dig old washers out so a good torching is in order, being careful to not over due it.  Whoops!

Yes, I read about that before, tightening the fuel cap to unscrew but forgot when I was doing it. 
That's what happens when you check stoves once every few years. 
The old gasket is already out.
It didn't take long for it to burn and break apart. Less than 30 seconds. 
Just waiting for the new o-ring.

If the tip leaks again, I'll put something on the threads.
