picker’s special today, two 220k’s one on the left had a plastic parts safe and striker.
easy lanterns to take apart and clean as the air tube/mixing chamber comes off the burner frame after loosening a nut and removing a washer.
they both have original Coleman Red letter globes.
the one on the left has the nicer vent,  also forgot to mention if has a reflector.

Yep from a field maintenance standpoint in the 220 series, I don't think the K can be beat.  They take their lumps from collectors but I don't think this distinction can be argued, honestly.

yes, the 220K may not be very sexy as far as parts goes but ease of maintenance is there for sure. i haven’t inspected the pump cups yet to see if they are neoprene. i am about out of leather pump cups so i would replace the neoprene with leather as a necessary up grade if i had the spare cups.

220’s are workhorses around here, i like to gift them to my friends too.

I got these from one of my regular picker friends. I buy whatever he brings me, he did however keep a Nice 228 big hat for hisself.

I’m doing what I can to keep the pickers picking.
