I bought these Saturday, an hour east to one shop to buy the low vent 6/78 and then a half hour north to buy the tall vent 5/67. 67 is the year I was born, the lantern is in better shape than I am. I have learned to buy lanterns when the vent is in good shape, it is worth it. I paid $32 for the low vent and $40 for the tall vent. Will probably get them going today, I don't expect it to take much.

WHAT?  Poor baby!  I graduated from high school that year and am in better shape than that ....... well ..... look more like a wide-brimmed 228 adorned with a 236 globe .... but still glowing!

March of 63 was what I thought was the last of the USA tall vents. They do look good and the prices were more than fair. A tall vent and long vent bracket could have been used to produce the 67?

Those both look great and nicely priced. I am right there with you on looking for nice vents.

Not looking for anything. I have too much already, my wife says.
