Hi Team - I sure hope you still have a glass encasing for the 2002 Olympic Torch.  I just moved across the country and the glass shattered in transit.  So sad and I hope you can help.  Please let me know the best next steps.  Many thanks, Molly

Sorry to hear of your loss Molly. Unfortunately, that piece of glass is impossible to find. Another member here @warren has been making a list of folks who need that piece of glass. Apparently, the company that originally made that glass will make a batch of replacements if they can get a high enough order volume. I wish you luck in your search.

Thanks Rob.   Molly I am keeping a list.  When I do find one, I go in the order down the list.  I have a lead on 3 of them but not sure it will work out.   I live in an area that has an arts and crafts area and my latest thought is to take one (If I can get one) to a glass blower and see if they can make one that looks close and will fit.  They don't have to be heat resistant since the torches are disabled.  So that is my next project.  I will work with the blowers and maybe even see if we could make a wood mold to blow them in.   So click on my name and EMAIL me your full name, email address, phone number if you wish and I will add you to the list.

Thank you both! I will send my details to Walter to be added to the list.

No problem Warren and Molly. The Olympic torch is something special that should be made complete again in the event that the glass breaks. It isn't your every day lantern or stove.
