Im pretty happy with how this is working out.  I bought a 152 on Marketplace locally. I was buying it for the globe since the price was right. The lamp was painted over and I thought it would be trashed but I cleaned it up. I got the top layer of paint off using only vinegar and 0000 and a LOT of time. I'm glad i didn't just strip it and paint because I never would have come close to the original. It even had the finial. Someone cut it at some point I assume to get a seized shade off...but its there. Got a little work to do still and on the label but I'm taking my time.

Now that's a transformation!  I'd be thrilled to turn out a result like that.

Flammable liquids, open flame, what could go wrong?

I've missed you!  But I'm reloading.

That’s looking good Daniel.  The 152 is nice with a built in pump and uses the 220 generator.

Uh oh. I think I’m becoming a lampie.
My friends don’t call me “Lantern/lampie Levi”
for nothin’,if they did call me that.

Looking for bday lanterns 8/38, 8/41,
10/25, and 8/07

The biggest lie I tell myself is
”I don’t need to write that down, I’ll remember it.”
