I like a $5 lamp as much as the next guy, in fact I buy all the $5 lamps I find. This however cost me $15. Cleaned up ok, a few stain remain. Globe and hanger not  included in purchase.

Just be careful with that paint. I found out the hard way the it's shellac, and instantly dissolves in alcohol.
