Attention! The convention is suspended at this time. Expect a final decision by mid-May.
Please join us for the 2020 East Coast Coleman Collectors Club Convention!
The 12th Annual ECCCCC will be held June 9th-14th, 2020 in Gettysburg, PA.
Location is the Artillery Ridge Campground, 610 Taneytown Rd.,Gettysburg, PA.
You can attend for the entire event, any part of it or extend your stay longer.
Gary Coleman, I am.
I have reserved a group tenting area for us.
RV sites with hookups are available for those with trailers and rigs.
Cabins and trailers are available for those who prefer more comfort.
Group shared sites;
Only $7.00 (reduced from $8.50) per person per night in the tenting group area! Restrooms are nearby.
You share your site in this area. You do not get a full site for $7.00! It's a group area.
Please note: Your vehicle cannot stay on site in the group tenting area.
You must park in a nearby parking area. If you require your vehicle on site, please book a regular RV nearby site.
Do NOT book online for the discounted tent sites!
Our group tent site rate is only $7.00 per person!
Call the campground directly, tell them you're with the Gary Coleman group.
Also, you will not have your own picnic table in the group area. All picnic tables will be lined up in the center for our group dinners.
Please bring a folding table for your displays, sales or fettling.
Artillery Ridge Campground has many amenities for us, including;
A new, heated pool
A stocked fishing pond
Horseback tours of the battlefields
and much more!
Gettysburg has many historical attractions to visit,
plus, for the spouses, shopping galore!
Check out the campground;
We will be tenting in the group area sites #201 through 225.
The tent sites are about 30' x 30'. We need to get
2 - 3 tents on each site, so the campground makes
a few bucks on the great rate they are giving us.
If you like to hit the hay early or like a quiet experience, I'd recommend sites 219-225.
Note; Please avoid sites 203, 208 and 214. They get very soggy if it rains.
You are responsible for finding a buddy to share a site with. Please post below if you need a site partner. This is for tent group area only.
Those with small RVs or pop up trailers, please
use sites 35-40 (w/e) or nearby sites.
Anybody with a large RV and/or requiring w/e/s, please use sites 41-46 or 304, 305, 306.
Several cabins with various levels of amenities are available.
These are pricey, but you get A/C and beds.
For RV and cabin rates, check the web site.
RV'ers: mention Coleman group when booking for a 10% discount.
No additional discount for tent group area. $7.00 is awesome!
This will be our biggest and best East Coast gathering ever!
PS- There are plenty of hotels nearby for the non-camping folk.
Also, Hershey Park resort is less than an hour away, a fun day
for the family.
Please join us for the E.C.C.C.C. XII !
The East Coast Coleman Collectors Club is an informal association, not affiliated with any other Coleman clubs or Coleman Corporation.
No membership is required to attend. All are welcome!
Nightly Group Dinners- We eat "family style" every night. Participation is recommended but not required. The great, master barbecue Chef Jon B. will once again be cooking up his delicious beef and pork dinners. As in the past, we will have a group dinner in the center of "Coleman Village". The picnic tables will be lined up in a long row. Please bring a side dish, salad or dessert to share.
Coleman Outlet- Kevin B. has graciously agreed bring the Lancaster Coleman Outlet to us, once again! Store manager Kevin and his crew will be on site with a truck load of Coleman goodies at great prices. Note: On Thursday only, a limit of three items each per person will be enforced (worked well last year, fair for all).
We were the first gathering or convention to have a Coleman Outlet come to us and we are thrilled to have them back again!
Sales tables and display tables are encouraged!Please bring your own tables.
Any visiting vendors not camping at ARC must stop and speak to Gary before setting up.

If you have any questions, please PM, email me or post your questions.
*Unfortunately, some who've booked RV sites have been shuffled to other spots (including myself). This is due to ARC converting some sites into seasonals. We apologize for this inconvenience. This policy will not affect group tent sites.
As always, there are no administrative fees for attending this convention. "Live free and light".
