Keith, go to the "K" on the left hand side and click on it and pick settings.  I think you can set your notification settings there.

Go up to the top right corner of the page by your name, avatar, or initial and click on it. A drop down menu will appear. Click followed content.

A list of all the threads you "follow" will be shown. Click the checkbox next to the threads you no longer want notifications from, or check the box at the top to select them all.

After checking the boxes, then click unfollow.

That should do it.

After you do that, you need to go to your profile by clicking again on your name. This time select Settings.

On the settings page, you can select what you get notifications from. Make a selection of what you want to automatically follow and when you want to get email notifications.
