Well, I did it!  I went back and "acquired" the Coleman Ker-O-Lite lamp!  I recently found this at an antique shop here in Tulsa, OK a few weeks ago and after my recent trip up to Wichita to the Coleman Factory Outlet and Museum I saw this exact same style lamp sitting in the Museum and decided I had to have it so as soon as I got back to Tulsa, I drove right over there and bought it.  It even has the original globe with the Coleman Sunshine logo on it~

Pics from the Museum...

Hello from a fellow Tulsan!
That one was around the corner from my house, on 11th street? I considered it, but was a little short on funds at the time.... unless there are two of them around here...???

INDEED! It was at the Antique shop right next to Tally's Cafe.  I also didn't have to coin to pick it up when I first saw it but after seeing it at the Coleman Museum in Wichita and realising that it was the ONLY Kero "wick lamp" that they ever made, I knew I had to have it!

Were you going to attend the camp out that Coleman Jim recently organized out at Lake Keystone?  I know it got cancelled due to weather but I am hoping for it to be re-scheduled and hopefully on a weekend as I work during the week.

Very NICE myles!  Do you know what kind of mantle will fit this lamp?  It's different than my Alladin.

This lamp can use an Aladdin mantle bag detached from its frame. Or a reproduction one, which is made in the same place as Aladdin mantles, and is the same.

Ah! I knew I should have bought that when I saw it! I wasn't aware of the camp out, but it sounds like a lot of fun. I'm usually working gun shows on the weekends, I have a web based military surplus business, but also do a few shows locally. That could be fun, I have a couple of good sized tents I need to air out. A gp small and two command post tents that attach to each other. Please keep me posted if it comes together .
Congrats on the find, it sure was a nice one!

I think I bought a lantern from you at the Wannamachers last year maybe!  Do you have any Command Post tents you might consider selling?
